Professional skills requirements
- Ability to present, promote and sell pharmaceutical products over the counter and meet sales targets on time.
- Ability to increase the visibility and awareness of the company’s pharmaceutical products and maximize sales growth.
- Ability to build and maintain value-based relationships with customers, suppliers and key healthcare professionals to promote company products.
- Ability to contact prospects through cold calling and quickly resolve customer complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Ability to answer customer questions about credit terms, products, pricing and availability.
- Ability to prepare weekly and monthly reports and manage supply with reports on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
- A minimum of National Diploma in science-related courses or non-science courses with a zeal for success and a credible sales track record may be considered.
- The candidate must possess the following skills in strategic prospecting and negotiation, active listening, integrity, problem solving and decision making.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent customer service and sales skills, analytical and creative are important
- The candidate must not be over 30 years old and must be proficient in MS-word, excel and power-point.
